The Role
Making sure our Merchants have a great experience and success during onboarding and on an ongoing basis is key for the Customer Success Manager.
This role is THE interface for all the great brands that are using Stikky to drive their mobile App on Shopify.
What You'll Do
- Build client relationships – establish and maintain strong partnerships with our merchants using Stikky for their mobile Shopify Apps.
- Drive successful onboarding – ensure merchants have a smooth integration experience from day one.
- Be the primary interface – serve as the main point of contact for all brands using our platform.
- Ensure ongoing success – proactively support merchants to maximize their value from Stikky.
- Gather feedback – collect merchant insights to help improve our product and services.
- Monitor customer health – track usage metrics and satisfaction to identify opportunities for growth and retention.
What You Bring
- Great communication skills in German and English (both written and verbal)
- Customer service experience - proven track record of managing client relationships
- E-commerce knowledge - familiarity with Shopify and mobile app ecosystems is a plus
- Organizational skills - ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset - comfortable analyzing metrics to improve customer success
- Adaptability - thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities
